Gazometro. Yin yoga is a calm, slow and meditative practice that works deeply on connective tissues, ligaments, tendons and joints through simple and passive positions held for a prolonged period of time. At the same time it invites us to slow down and take the opportunity to regain wellbeing by exploring our body, our breath and our mind.
The positions are held for 3-7 minutes with the use of supports, the force of gravity and release, to allow the body to open and the mind to stop.
Yin yoga increases flexibility, improves the flow of Prana (energy) in our body, develops our awareness of ourselves and brings balance to our dynamic practices and our hectic life.
It is recommended to wear warm and comfortable clothing.
