Iyengar® Yoga

From the first yoga class I attended, I remember one thing: my smile. I was happy when I came out of the school. Thus began my experience with this discipline, by chance, completely unaware of how a yoga class worked, but with a smile that I still remember today.

So I started to follow the classes of my teacher, and through the practice of Asana and Pranayama I started to feel the benefits from the first lessons: simple and tangible, from sleeping better to eating in a more balanced way. These are everyday things, but they are fundamental to living well.

So over the years I decided to undertake a training course to become a teacher and make yoga a lifestyle. Through teaching this discipline, I want to transmit and share with others this state of well-being that starts from the skin, from the surface, and continues its journey digging inward more and more, until reaching the center in the depths of our being.

The yoga style practiced during my lessons is of the classical tradition, putting emphasis on the alignment of the body and the relaxation of the mind.
